Apart from construction equipment business, we also successfully started our steel pipe scaffolding hiring and selling business in early 1980. Again, we are the very first company to introduce this advanced equipment into China / Hong Kong market. The business has grown significantly in Hong Kong since 1990. We have our own design works and contracting works in addition to our rental and selling business. Our effort on product integration is gaining full support from customers.

We had gone through consequent expansion, improvement and changes in both Hong Kong and China in the past 20 consecutive years. In year 2000, the company was reformed in order to serve and facilitate better in the new millennium. By such reformation, the company was divided into the management company namely: Modern (Int'l) P & M Holdings Ltd, plus its subsidiary companies. Each company is responsible to different product or service and runs independently. Therefore we have a good grasp of market change and need.
